Delivered over 30 days in small-group cohorts, StressProof employs a combination of self-directed and live, interactive training teaches precise, practical exercises and active recovery techniques that target body over mind - attacking “stress from the neck down”.

The course take a progressive, 3-tiered approach that builds from Recovery to Repair to Resilience. 

The content covers 5 critical points of focus:

  • Baselines looks at assessing and tracking stress symptoms 

  • Biology looks the science of stress, and shows why stress is a matter of body over mind (NOT mind over body)

  • Breathwork looks at active recovery techniques to stop the avalanche of stress as it happens, and stress simulation techniques for retraining your nervous system

  • Bodywork looks at how to reset and restore patterns of chronic tension and pain caused by cumulative stress, and tempering the body against future stressors through pressure testing

  • Behaviour looks at how stress affects decision-making, and how to observe, escape, and redirect behavior patterns that are proving harmful to your work, health, and self
